The Halloween Brunch

By the time we were done running around the first Halloween we had Nicky to show everyone the baby I felt like I was going to collapse.  So the Halloween brunch was born:
Each year we cook fun foods, have the kids dress up and instead of running around to all of them, they all come to us.  It works out pretty well.  Although I'm still tired at the end of the day it's fun to put together and well worth all the fuss.  The kids get a kick out of it and nothing gets the baby more excited than covering our house in decorations.

So this is year 3 and I started the search for new cute ideas.

the day the blog began

wondering what this is going to end up being..
Possibly an escape, from the busy days, from the kids, from my always running thoughts.. maybe a place for them to rest.
Or a creative outlet, somewhere for me to reflect on all of the time invested in all the hours of laying on icing to cupcakes, gluing glitter on crafts and of course the newest thing.. the circut ...
Maybe you will read it.. maybe not.. maybe it will inspire or not.. but overall .. it's just something I really wanted to do..
I love the other blogs I see out there, and thought I can do this.. why not?
